Destiny's litter arrives on Oct. 29, 2024!!!
Destiny's birth story
With Destiny's due date fast approaching and this being her first ever litter, Whinturn Golden's founder was on high alert for any signs that labour would be starting. Two nights of restless/no sleep for Bev passed while Destiny showed little signs she was ready to birth her puppies.
Labour day
Shortly after 11am on Oct. 29th, 2024, Destiny's first puppy came into this world! Straight away we could tell Destiny was going to be an amazing mother just like her mother Jewel was!
Several hours later, labour finished and Destiny had 9 puppies.
Her labour went smooth, and she was an absolute star.
Puppy love
Destiny had 7 males and 2 female puppies, they range in golden colour, some light golden to some quite dark reddish golden. All puppies are healthy sizes and latched on to get fed right away.
Night one is over and all the puppies and mom are doing great, and human mom Bev has had a chance to catch up on a bit of the sleep she missed while waiting for the litter to arrive!
As this litter is predominately male, we do still have a few puppies that are not yet spoken for, if you are interested in a puppy please contact us or send us a puppy questionnaire. Family visits will begin in the next few weeks for families of these puppies!
